I find this so true. Living with grown children in the house, seeing how college and living elsewhere has shaped some of their habits, living with my wife's parents and seeing how they behave has really driven this home. A long time ago I was a person who would "make myself miserable". For the last 20 years I've worked hard at making myself strong. And this quote is right on - it is the same amount of work! What has your experience been?
