My name is +Keith Barrows and I have 2 accounts here on G+. The first is associated with my gmail account as you did not allow google app accounts onto G+ way back then. A few months ago I transferred all of my info from my gmail account to my google app account. About a month ago my old (gmail) account became eligible for the vanity url. A few days ago my new (google apps) account became eligible. As you can tell, since I transferred my account, my new (google apps) account is the one I want the vanity url to apply to. *HOWEVER - YOU WON'T ALLOW IT!!!*
