Just walked in on some crazy dude pissing at Starbucks because not only did he not lock the door, he left it partly ajar.
I must have had some look still on my face when I turned to order, because the barista said, "Are you okay?" I rolled my eyes and said yeah, but he gave me a concerned look, paused, and said warmly, "You sure?"
I think it's really lovely when strangers actually go past the polite courtesies and demonstrate genuine concern for others, especially when it means taking a moment out of their busy day. ♥
