Dear +Verizon Wireless Customer Support -

I would like to take time from my busy day to say thank you for your monopoly.  Because of your decisions I do not have to exercise any of my grey matter deciding which application I should, or should not, put on my shiny new Samsung Note 3.  The reason I stopped to thank you was I was busily installing Google Wallet and discovered it is not supported on Verizon networks!  Really?  I have to use Isis, which I cannot even find in the Play Store and did not come pre-installed with the rest of the memory bloat crap I have never used?

Yes, thank you very much!
